The Hal's St. Paddy's Parade & Festival will take place on March 22nd in Jackson, Mississippi. This year's parade theme is "Hey, Hey, the Blues is All Green!" and will feature floats, marching Hal's St. Paddy's has three different parades to enjoy – The M.A.R.L.
